Ingredients
6 tbsp popcorn kernels
1/4 cup olive oil
2 tbsp olive oil
1 1/2 tbsp Italian seasoning (may vary depending upon taste)
1 1/2 tsp garlic salt (may vary depending upon taste)
1 cup freshly grated Parmigiano cheese (or for a short cut use parmesan)
Directions
1. Warm up 1/4 cup olive oil in a 2-quart saucepan; cover. After about a minute, add popcorn kernels. Cook over high heat, continuously shaking the pan, until the popping slows, about 4 minutes. Pour popcorn into a large bowl.
2. Mix 2 tablespoons olive oil, Italian seasoning, and garlic salt into popcorn; toss to coat. Add cheese and mix well.
