Ingredients
3/4 cup popcorn kernels
1/2 cup of milk chocolate chips
1 tsp Crisco
Directions
- Pop popcorn.
- Cover a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
- Remove unpopped kernels and spread popcorn on the cookie sheet.
- Melt chocolate chips with Crisco in top of a double boiler over simmering water, stirring frequently and scraping down the sides with a rubber spatula until mixture is creamy, about 5 minutes.
- Drizzle melted chocolate over popcorn.
- Let sit at room temperature for approximately 15 minutes or until chocolate hardens.
- Share, eat and enjoy! Store leftovers in an airtight container.
